A woman is in stable, but serious condition after she was hit by a car in the 7300 block of Baltimore Ave. Sunday morning, according to WUSA9. Police are looking for a gray Honda Accord that was involved in the 3 a.m. hit and run. The car was seen driving toward 495 after the accident.
