Original article: A small, white dog was found Monday morning on Nantucket Road in the Hollywood neighborhood of College Park. He's described as weighing about 20 lbs. and has a pink stain on his hip area. The dog was wearing a blue collar with a leopard print and a rabies tag. College Park resident Jon Rybka-Wachhaus, who found the dog, said he's very friendly and affectionate. He added that he was unable to obtain information immediately on the dog's owner from animal control officials.
