Two Prince George's Officers Indicted in Kidnapping, Assault
Two Prince George's County officers were suspended and placed on administrative leave.
Prince George's County Police officials announced Thursday afternoon that two of their own were indicted on charges of kidnapping and assault. Officer Michael Rowe, 26, of the 9500 block of Noble Drive in Upper Marlboro and officer Christopher Perry, 27, of the 8900 block of Tower Mill Lane in Waldorf were suspended and placed on administrative leave after they were indicted on charges stemming from an incident on Memorial Day weekend in Charles County. The Charles County State's Attorney's Office charged Rowe and Perry with kidnapping, second-degree assault, false imprisonment and misconduct in office, according to county police officials.
