Update: Missing Mount Rainier Man Found
73-year-old Leo Burney was located Wednesday after disappearing from home a day earlier.
Update, 5:12 p.m.: Burney was located Wednesday in Washington. Police said he was found in good health and returned home. From the Prince George's County Police Department: The PGPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing man identified as 73-year-old Leo Burney. He left his home, located in the 4300 block of 30th Street in Mount Rainier, on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Burney was last seen walking in the area of 30th Street and Upshur Street. Burney has Alzheimer's disease and a heart-related illness. He is in need of his medication. Burney has not been seen since.
