College Park City Council Reviews 2012 Action Plan For Last Time
The city council will vote on the FY2012 Action Plan next week.
After hours of debate at previous meetings, the College Park city council reviewed its 2012 Action Plan Tuesday night at a worksession with little discussion. It will be voted on next Tuesday’s City Council meeting. If approved, the plan would go into effect July 1, 2011. The plan recently removed the controversial decision to buy No. 1 Liquors. It also added an item requiring the council to meet with the county to clarify code enforcement and permitting processes. The council would eventually provide a permitting guide to residents.
