I have no idea why someone is saying we don't take returns. I am assuming the customer who said this was trying to return wood. The only thing you can't return is wood and paddle-related materials (there is a sign posted about this) and custom garments you have had made to your specifications. It is misleading to say we don't take returns. All MD gear and other stuff is returnable. I have worked as the production supervisor of this store for a year, and I see returns made on a daily basis. I personally answer the phone frequently, and I see staff answer the phone regularly. I constantly receive comments from customers about how nice we are and what great service we have provided.

Absolutely the worst customer service. While trying to make a return, I was told that as a policy they don't take returns. No exceptions. Coming from a service sector job, I have been trained to 'Alway's say yes' to customers, so I figured I would try and figure the situation out. Instead of acknowledging that I was an unfortunate victim of a (stupid) policy, they chose to instead mock me within my hearing before saying that policies are policies, and they would not honor a return, even with a receipt and all original materials in perfect conditions.
Very rude staff, the whole place could care less about their customers.
Slow with their products,.. VERY SLOW.
Never picks up their phone.
Horrible service.

I had a pretty good experience at the greek shop. Theyre prices are a little high but thats to be expected with any custom clothing stores. The staff were really helpful and nice. There was a small problem with my order (not their fault) and they apologized and fixed it with no extra problem. The greek shop is not the best prices you'll find, but in terms to product quality and customer service, its your best bet.
