POLL: Why Did the Ravens Lose the AFC Championship?

Former Terps had big plays for the Baltimore Ravens, but the New England Patriots win 23-20.

Many aren't surprised that the Ravens lost in the AFC Championship today. .

“I could easily, easily see the Patriots winning this game by 10 points, and I think I’m being conservative here," Skip Bayless said this past week on ESPN First Take.

In the end, it was a dropped ball in the end zone, followed by a missed kick that led to the 23-20 loss against the New England Patriots, who will now move on to play against either the New York Giants or the San Francisco 49ers in the Super Bowl, depending on how the next game goes.

The Ravens had some big plays to keep the score within three points, including a recovered fumble by LaQuan Williams and a touchdown by Torrey Smith, both former University of Maryland players.
