Old Mill Takes County Baseball Title

The Patriots topped Meade 8-4 to win their first county championship since 2004.

The baseball team secured its first county title since 2004 on Thursday night with an 8-4 win over Meade High.

The Patriots scored three runs in the first and three more in the third and never looked back.

Evan Shaffer was the winning pitcher and Josh Hader came in for the final three outs.

Photographer Lori Ratzburg was at Joe Cannon Stadium to capture the victory.

The Patriots will learn their seed in the state playoff tournament on Tuesday.
