Gymkana Homeshow

Flips through a ring of fire, acrobatics on 18-foot ladders and handstands on stacks of wooden chairs. It sounds remarkable, and the visual is that much more spectacular! The University of Maryland Gymkana Troupe, semi-finalists on America’s Got Talent 2011, is hosting its 66th annual gymnastic exhibition on Friday, April 20th and Saturday, April 21th at 7:00PM at the University of Maryland Comcast Center. The performance showcases high-flying acrobatics and promotes a message of healthy, drug-free living. The show is open to the public and tickets can be purchased at the door. For more information go to www.gymkana.umd.edu or contact Head Coach, Josh Montfort at (301) 405-2566. The University of Maryland Gymkana Troupe is an outreach program of the University of Maryland School of Public Health.
