Community bike ride from Proteus bike shop in north College Park to Patuxent Wildlife Refuge visitors center. About 22 mile loop; pace will be moderate (although we may split into groups of different speeds); no one will be dropped. We'll take a route that isn't too hilly -- at least the hills are mostly gradual. Snacks and light refreshments at the shop before and after.
Proteus is easy to access by bike from the Paint Branch Trail/University of MD. Take turn right on the wood bridge just past the golf course, cross Route 1 at Hollywood Road, and the shop is just a couple blocks south.
