Dr. Wallace Loh has been making his mark in College Park for the past few months, but it was only on Thursday morning that he was officially inaugurated as the president of the University of Maryland.

The Dekelboum Theatre at the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center was full of onlookers and well-wishers who came to watch Rep. Steny Hoyer, County Executive Rushern Baker, College Park Mayor Andrew Fellows, and plenty of others honor President Loh.
