Prince George's County Planning Department is holding its third and final round of community meetings on the future of transit-oriented development (TOD) along five planned Purple Line light rail stations.
The third round of Purple Line TOD community meetings builds upon the introductory and visioning workshops conducted between November 2011 and February 2012 with local property owners, businesses, and residents. At these meetings, the Planning Department will present preliminary concept plans for each of the five stations.
The presentations will discuss potential land use changes, pedestrian and road improvements, and urban design recommendations for the stations and the immediate surroundings.
Your feedback will be critical to the development of the final concept plans for the station areas. All meetings are open to the public.
