Animal Welfare Committee Hosts Community Yard Sale
Donations are still being accepted.
College Park's Animal Welfare Committee is on the hunt for items to sell at its yard sale this weekend, to be held on Saturday at Ellen Linson Pool.
In particular, the committee is looking for jewelry, glassware, dishes, vases and toys. The committee will not be accepting clothes, and reportedly already has a healthy supply of books.
Baked goods, catnip, cat toys and beds will also be available for the four-legged members of your family.

The event will be held from 7:30 a.m. until 12 p.m. Anyone interested in shopping (or donating) is encouraged to come by. Proceeds will benefit the animals of the College Park Animal Shelter.
