Vito's Pizzeria Burglarized
The suspects entered the store through a broken window and removed money from the register.
Vito's Pizzeria was burglarized early Sunday morning, sometime after the popular downtown eatery and bar closed up shop for the night.
According to Dist. 1 Commander Maj. Hector Velez, the suspects shattered one of the building's back windows, entered the restaurant and removed money from the register.
Velez was unable to comment on the amount of money that was stolen.
