Two Suspects Arrested in College Park Armed Robberies
Derek Sean Waddy and William Edward Patton Jr. were charged with the armed robbery of Pizza Hut and College Park Diner.
Police arrested two suspects connected with the , both of which happened in February.
Derek Sean Waddy, 29, of the 9900 block of 51st Avenue in College Park, was arrested last Wednesday and William Edward Patton Jr., 34, of the 9700 block of 52nd Avenue in College Park, was arrested one day later, police said.
Both suspects are charged with armed robbery and are being held on a no bond status.

Though police originally posited that the same suspects were also involved in the robbery of on Feb. 8 , neither Waddy nor Patton have been identified in association with that crime, said police spokesperson Cpl. Erica Johnson.
