Silver Spring Man Charged in UMd. Burglary, Assault Incident
Oluwafemi T. Charles entered the residence of an 18-year-old student with the intent to steal property, police said.
A Silver Spring man was arrested and charged for his of the Cumberland Hall residence of a student, police said.
According to a press statement provided by university police, Oluwafemi T. Charles, 28, entered the residence of an 18-year-old female student in an attempt to steal property. While he was in the room he touched the student without her consent, the report said.
Charles faces burglary, theft and assault charges, according to the release.
