Scenes From Lakeland's 2013 National Night Out Event
College Park residents and local law enforcement marked the annual occasion Tuesday night.
Above are scenes from the Lakeland community's 2013 National Night Out observance, held Tuesday night off of Lakeland Road in College Park.
The event featured games, prizes, fellowship, and a community walk at dusk.
Participants included the University of Maryland Police, Maryland State Park Police, Maryland State Police, Prince George's County Police, the College Park Volunteer Fire Department, and other local officials.
