Police Search for Suspect in One Break-In Case, Make Arrests in Another

Police arrested two men associated with a recent break-in. They are still searching for the suspects associated with a separate case

Prince George's County Police are searching for a suspect who attempted to break into a residence around midnight Friday morning on the 4900 block of Hollywood Road. 

The owner of the residence called the police upon hearing a noise at the front door.

Though the suspect fled the scene before police arrived, the homeowner saw the suspect as he disappeared into a Blue Cadillac CTS with D.C. tags. The suspect is described as a black man in his mid-20's, wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, and with red and blonde dreadlocks.

Prince George's County police arrested two men in association with a break-in that occurred around midnight on Thursday at the 9000 block of 48th Place in College Park.

Bowie resident Eric Todd Evans, 21, and College Park resident Steven Anthony Burroughs, 20, were arrested Friday with attempted fourth degree burglary, police said.

Officers who arrived at the scene saw the suspects attempting to pry open the door of the residence. The suspects saw the police and fled, but were apprehended a short time later.
