PGPD Search for Suspects in Armed Robbery of UMD Students

The robbery occurred while the two college students jogged off-campus off Calvert Road Monday night.

Prince George's County Police are looking for two male suspects in the latest armed robbery in College Park Monday night.

One of the suspects allegedly approached the two victims who were jogging, pulled out a handgun and demanded property. After one of the victims handed over money, another suspect emerged and the two ran away from the scene, police said. According to police, the second suspect was acting as a lookout.

One of the suspects is described as a male having short hair and wearing a grey sweatshirt. The second suspect is described as a male with dreads, wearing dark pants and a sweater. The two victims were not injured during the robbery, police said.
