PGPD Officers Train in Vacant Apartment Building

The department's emergency services team was preparing for possible barricade situations.

Practice makes perfect—and that adage applies to police officers, too.

Members of the Prince George's County Police Department's Emergency Services Team trained in Greenbelt Tuesday to prepare for barricade situations and executing search warrants.

Officers used a vacant apartment complex in the city for their training, according to the department's Facebook page.
