Plea Deal Expected From Man Charged in College Park Murder

Deandre Ricardo Williams, who is charged in the shooting murder of University of Maryland student Justin DeSha-Overcash, will appear in court for a plea hearing Friday.

Might as well give the guy a plea deal then to actually do your job. Our criminal justice system is a joke. I understand why we do plea deals, but look at balt. You get to the point where instead of going to trial all you want to do is to negotiate the plea deal. Thats not justice.
