Man Assaulted at UMd. Sunday Morning
Victim was transported to hospital with minor injury.
A man was allegedly assaulted early Sunday morning on the campus, near Charles Hall, according to police.
The victim was walking from Knox Road onto campus when he passed a group of about 15 individuals, according to a university police report. "Words were exchanged," before the victim continued toward Charles Hall, the report stated.

Police said three males approached the victim and assaulted him.
The victim, a 19-year-old, was transported to a hospital with a cut on his head, The Diamondback reported.
