College Park to Mark National Night Out at Aviation Museum

The event runs Tuesday night from 7-9 p.m.

On Tuesday, Aug. 7, College Park will join some 15,000 locations across the United States and Canada in marking National Night Out (NNO), an annual observance designed to increase awareness of crime prevention efforts.

Launched in 1984 by the National Association of Town Watch, NNO brings together residents, police, and other leaders at community events organized around the theme of public safety.

This year, College Park's main event will be held at the (1985 Corporal Frank Scott Dr.) from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
