Update: AMBER Alert Lifted After Missing Prince George's Boy Is Found

One-year-old Cesar Steven Martinez was unharmed in the incident.

One-year-old Cesar Steven Martinez has been found unharmed in the District Heights area, Prince George's County Police announced early Wednesday.

Martinez was in the company of Julio Cesar Arriaza at the time he was recovered, according to police. Charges are said to be pending against Arriaza.

Police have issued an AMBER alert for a Prince George's County boy missing since Tuesday.

Authorities say 1-year-old Cesar Steven Martinez may be in the company of Julio Cesar Arriaza, described as a 5'4", 150 lb. Hispanic male with brown eyes and brown hair.

According to police, Arriaza was driving a green 2006 Chevy Equinox (MD tag 7AG6950). The vehicle was last spotted near Nimitz Road in District Heights on Tuesday.

Authorities said Martinez has brown eyes, brown hair, and weighs about 18 pounds.

Anyone with information on Martinez or Arriaza's whereabouts is asked to contact Prince George's County Police immediately by calling 301-352-1200 or 911.
