7-Eleven Targeted in Armed Robbery Again

Four armed robberies have occurred at the Edgewood Road convenience store this year.

A was targeted in an armed robbery Monday morning — the fourth this year at that location according to an online search of the county police blog.

Police are searching for two suspects wanted in connection with the incident that occurred at about 3:30 a.m. Monday at 4921 Edgewood Road, according to a Prince George’s County Police statement.

There are no leads in the case, Cpl. Larry Johnson said.

The county police blog shows that armed robberies occurred at the same location on July 25, Aug. 3 and Sept. 6 of this year, all between 3:30 and 4:30 a.m.

Johnson could not comment on why this particular 7-Eleven is a repeated target.
