$25K Reward Offered for Tips in Shooting Death of Hyattsville Man

A $25,000 reward is being offered for leads that can generate an arrest in the shooting death of a Hyattsville man, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.

Bladensburg Police were called about 9 p.m. Wednesday to the 5000 block of 57th Avenue for a report of gunshots in the area. Officers found Larry Nathaniel Williams, 22, of Eldridge Street in Hyattsville suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victim was found by police lying in a parking lot. Williams was taken to an area hospital, where he died of his injuries several hours later. 

The motive for the shooting is under investigation and detectives are working to identify a suspect.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and indictment in this case.
