A resident of Calvert Hills is scheduled to be a guest on the Kojo Nnamdi Show to discuss a hotly debated property development issue.

The group looks to bring a Whole Foods Market, hundreds of residences and more retail space to a 38.5-acre land area in Riverdale Park. The project is predicted to impact not just Riverdale Park, but surrounding areas as well, .

Much of the debate centers on the for the area, which allows for 220 to 250 single-family homes, according to the property group's attorney Chip Reed.
