WORLDWISE Arts & Humanities Dean's Lecture Series: John Lithgow
Join the University of Maryland College of Arts and
Humanities for a conversation with multi-talented, award-winning actor John
Lithgow. With roles from the Trinity Killer on "Dexter" to Dr. Dick
Solomon on "3rd Rock from the Sun," Lithgow has won several Golden
Globes, Emmys, and Tony Awards for both comedic and dramatic roles on stage and
screen.
Also a prominent spokesperson for the national report,
"The Heart of the Matter," Lithgow will explore the necessity and
importance of the arts and humanities in today's society in the first
installment of the 2013-14 WORLDWISE Arts & Humanities Dean's Lecture
Series.
