The Silver Spring Stake Community Health Fair brings together local communities, health and wellness experts and health care organizations to promote the physical and mental well-being of our communities.
Keynote speaker, American-born operatic soprano and survivor of two double lung transplants, Charity Sunshine Tillemann-Dick, will speak on "Impossible Possibilities: from Lung Transplant to Lincoln Center" and share a vocal performance.
