"Mr. Besley's Forest" work-in-progress at Utopia Film Festival

The Utopia Film Festival has quality independent films which reflect the utopian spirit of better living through film: works that entertain, enlighten, and address such themes as community building, cultural diversity, social and economic concerns, and environmental issues.

At 5pm, the independently produced "Mr. Besley's Forest" will be screened as a work-in-progress film.  The story is about Fred W. Besley, the father of Maryland Forestry.  Audience members will be introduced to the roots of Maryland’s Forest System, and the impact it has on today’s outdoor learners.

A facilitated feedback session moderated by Docs In Progress will follow the screening.  For more information about the film contact www.porecoproductions.com

The cost is $3.  To find the entire schedule of the festival's works-in-progress venue, visit http://docsinprogress.org
