UMd. Athletic Cuts

Council Discusses Polling Hours, Cafritz

At its meeting this week, the city council urged the Board of Election Supervisors to examine what  earlier than 11 a.m. Some think opening at 7 a.m. would cut down on confusion among voters and bring higher turnout numbers.
