You're breaking out the grill, picnic food and all things patriotic, but do you really know the reason we celebrate the Fourth of July? Before you get going with your parties today, prepare yourself with a short quiz so you know why you're saying "Yay, America!"
We hope to see you out this evening at the College Park celebration on the University of Maryland campus at Lot 1. Concessions open at 5 p.m., live classic rock music starts at 7 p.m. and fireworks will begin around 9 p.m.
