Christmas trees will be collected on your regular collection day during the weeks of Jan. 7-11 and 14-18, 2013.
Trees should be placed at the curb by 7:00 a.m. and be free of lights, tinsel, ornaments, and other decorations in order to be collected.
Residents may also call Public Works (240-487-3590) to arrange for a special pickup for Christmas trees on Thursdays and Fridays.
Artificial Christmas Trees that have outlived their usefulness should be disposed of as refuse. Call Public Works to schedule a pickup.
