Cafritz Developers Draft Community Letter to Address Concerns

The letter was available on their website Thursday morning.

Cafritz Property drafted a response to residents' concerns expressed at the July 18 presentation planned for Riverdale Park.

Following the meeting, resulting from the new Whole Foods Market, fitness center, retail space and 900 new housing units.

The Cafritz letter states that developers are working to address those traffic concerns on U.S. Route 1 with the help of a traffic study. .
