1. Have you heard that the Tennis Center in College Park is hosting an international women's tennis tournament, boasting 19 of the top 100 players in the world? It'll be at the end of this month. Check back on Patch later today for a preview.

2. In case you missed it, Patch provided a of Tuesday's Mayor and Council meeting. Check it out to stay on top of College Park happenings, including the recent announcement of $8.8 million in federal funds to be devoted to Route 1 redevelopment.

It appears the establishment updates its wall daily. There are several ordering tips (#sushitips) listed, and there are plenty of pictures of mouthwatering sushi dishes. There is even an album of customer reviews.

5. Sweet relief! The expected high for today is "only" 85 degrees. It looks like the sky rained itself out Wednesday afternoon; there is just a 10 percent chance of rain in the evening.
