#2011RemindedMe: What Were the Biggest Moments in College Park This Year?

Probably the introduction of the speed cameras although technically they came in at the end of 2010. With more than 100,000 tickets issued by July in a town with a population of 30,000, it is safe to say the city impacted more residents this way than just about anything else.
