: Wood's Flowers and Gifts sells flowers for all occasions. Stop by to shop, or just inhale the scent of fresh-cut flowers. Mmm.

: Gailes' Violin Shop doesn't just sell violins, though of course you can get those too. Go if you're in the market for a viola and cello, or bring in your instrument for a repair or trade-in.

: Smile Herb Shop has all kinds of nifty stuff. From teas to oils, books to natural body-care products: it can all be found at Smile Herb Shop.

: Comic-book enthusiasts probably wouldn't regard Big Planet Comics as a boutique, but the store does have a vast selection of comics and graphic novels, and remains one of College Park's independently owned gems.

: Honeycomb Hide-out sells fun and trendy clothes from its Upper Marlboro location. Check it out if you're in the area and in need of something sassy to wear.
