Living Well Cafe Experiences Some Growing Pains

The owner of the newly opened restaurant is adjusting its staff, menu and even the name.

Less than a month after celebrating its grand opening, Living Well Cafe and Restaurant is already making some adjustments.

The restaurant has been closed over the past week due to personnel changes, said owner Roman Seyoum, and as a result, the menu will no longer feature Caribbean cuisine. Instead, Ethiopian dishes will be the main attraction, along with sandwiches and gelato, which Seyoum plans to begin serving in the coming months.

Rounding off the transformation, Seyoum also plans to change the name from "Living Well Cafe" to "Exotic Cafe."

In spite of the sweeping changes, Seyoum said the cafe will be open for business again on Wednesday.
