Staged Reading - Two Noble Kinsmen

The Shakespeare Factory is pleased to present a reading of "The Two Noble Kinsmen" as part of it’s “Ensemble Experiment” programming. Once controversial, it is now generally accepted that this play was co-written by John Fletcher and William Shakespeare. It offers an Elizabethan take on “The Knight’s Tale” by Geoffery Chaucer. Throughout the reading, Company Members of The Shakespeare Factory Players will share examples of the in depth text analysis and modern language “translation” techniques they use to make full scale productions enjoyable to modern audiences. After the reading Ensemble Members will participate in a talk back with the audience. This event is sponsored by The College Park Arts Exchange and is free to the public. Donations will be accepted. For more information, contact The Shakespeare Factory at info@theshakespearefactory.com OR 410-218-1479.

If you go: Friday, Nov. 18th at 7:30PM, The Old Parish House (4711 Knox Road, College Park, MD 20740)
