The Greenbelt Labor Day Festival is undeniably the place to be

Greenbelt knows how to celebrate Labor Day. Just a quick jaunt down the road from College Park, Greenbelt is holding its 56th Annual Labor Day Festival, a four day long extravaganza featuring everything from a carnival midway, Miss Greenbelt Pageant, a homerun derby, tennis social, an Elvis impersonator and many other things that have little to do with Labor Day, but are really fun nontheless.

The 55th Labor Day parade will be held on Monday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. along Crescent Road.

Shuttle busses will be picking up festival goers from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday from the following locations:
