Test your visual knowledge of the city ... err, the area near it.
Every weekend, Patch tests your familiarity with College Park by posting a photo that was taken from somewhere in the city. It's your job to guess where the picture was shot. Type your guesses in the comment section below, and we'll reveal the answer next week. Today, we're being a little tricky. The picture was taken just outside of the municipal boundary, but not far. Do you have a photo that would work well for So You Think You Know College Park? Email it to Shannon.Hoffman@Patch.com for the chance to see it on Patch.

Hope For Agoldensummer marked the halfway point of a 30-day tour with a concert in College Park on Thursday evening, when the folksy tunes of the Georgia-based family band swayed through the Old Parish House. The group performed in the second of a four-concert coffeehouse series called The Stitch, a new collaboration between the College Park Arts Exchange and Yarner Studios. The first concert, featuring Indie pop duo Ms. Fridrich, brought out about 30 people, three times more than organizers were expecting. "Sometimes we are playing for a packed house and sometimes we're playing for four people in a …

Such an event would encapsulate the CPAE's mission to bring the community together around the arts, but—“We’ve never had someone to take the bull by the horns," she said. That all changed when Dawn Dineen moved next door to Muller in February 2011. When the indie rock musician and audio technician began exploring the neighborhood, she discovered the Old Parish House two blocks away from her new home, and thought it was perfect for a music event with a coffeehouse atmosphere. "It’s small enough to feel intimate but it’s big enough to have a stage area and audience space," Dineen said. Dineen …
