Jungle Grille is simply in the process of changing ownership, according to the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation.
Though Patch has been unable to reach the new owner for comment, College Park's Economic Development Coordinator Chris Warren confirmed that no one has any intention of closing the restaurant down.
