Officers reportedly found the victim unresponsive while responding to a domestic dispute call.
Authorities have released the identity the man who reportedly died Saturday night following a fight in College Park.
Mark Anthony Ziegler, 47, of the 9700 block of 52nd Ave. was pronounced dead at a local hospital, according to Prince George's County Police.
PGPD units responded to Ziegler's block around 9:20 p.m. Saturday after a report of a domestic dispute, police said.
When the officers arrived, they reportedly found Ziegler unresponsive. He was transported to the hospital but did not survive.
Police said there were no signs of injury to Ziegler and "no immediate cause of death."

Nice headline. No details in the post article about a fight. ... only that there was a report of the domestic dispute call. In your article you said after a report of a fight. No details beyond what was in the headline so why mention it at all?

Hi Morgan--
We don't have any more detail about the nature of the dispute, so none was included (apart from the officers having observed no signs of injury to Mr. Ziegler). But it's at least relevant to the question of why police were at the residence in the first place, which is why I mentioned it both places.

Thanks for the reply. I'm just curious if it was called in a a domestic dispute, a victim was found unresponsive outside, no visible signs of trauma and the is no mention of others in the house, who logged the complaint, any other circumstances. Very odd, don't you think?
By the way, I love the patch. This is the kind of service to a community that small town newspapers used to provide.
