Good Afternoon Unknown Person,
Did YOU pickup the "trash everywhere"? I don't know what part of the city you live in, where I live is friendly, clean and I see no sign of drugs, nor do I judge my neighbors ethnicity, it is the reason I moved here.
Maybe you should consider moving to to a more comfortable neighborhood.
Take Care, Scooter

well scooter, , maybe you should open your eyes or get out more, , how about you go to that 7 11, , its only been robbed at gun point 4 times, its across the from pawn shop in the empty run down strip mall, across from the other one with the dirty book /sex store in the other empty strip mall, you know, near the junk store on the corner, the one with all the junk all over the parking lot, and yeah, hang around for a few while your there, , youll love all the nice people youll meet and how neat and clean the store is, vist the hot drink bar while your there and ask to see the rag they use to wipe it down with, , maybe the health standards of some 3rd world country are good for you , but for the home owners in this area, were sick of people tossing there trash all over our yards, or all the way down rhode island ave, maybe you can have a nice drink with the people that hang out at the metro and toss the cans and bottles into the creek, plus look at all the homes robbed in the area, or thefts, , but you just keep your eyes closed, itll be in your block soon enough,

It seems to me that most of the crime isn't located where you describe. But hey, maybe maps lie [sarcasm]. Dude, this neighborhood is a cakewalk.

And you keep babbling!??
Have you reported anything to the proper authorities? Are you on record objecting to any of these "points" you throw about. You've been here 40 years? It would appear these horrible assaults to your citizenship haven't been THAT Bad.!
Unnamed persons have zero creditability on their complaints.
Hope you feel better,

Who is this Jon Gulbuny and how do I sign up for his posts?

Prince George's Property Owners Association member and Landlord.
who tried to get a referendum on the ballot in regards to a Public vote agaist rent control "tried to explain how immensely unjust it was to inspect his property for health and safety violations", that was circulated last year this petition WAS to prohibit not just rent control but also annual inspection of rental properties.
Rick, I doubt that this "Clean Up College Park" (CUCP) person is Jon Gulbuny,
based on the rant.
Besides CUCP doesn't want anyone to question their integrity or lack thereof. He|she is probably of the same group of USA citizens that burned the Bible at the beginning of WW2 because it was printed in German.

The funny thing about him Scooter, was that there were no records of him even owning a house in CP. So either that was not his real name or he owned under an SPE which should be governed by business law.

Okay CUCP - if you think CP is such a dump, feel free to move. Do you know that the city coordinates neighborhood clean up days? Have you ever participated? You are quick to come on here hiding behind an alias and attacking our council members and our citizens. Clearly you have not met Patrick or tried to reach out to him. I have an can say he is very quick to respond and cares a lot about our city. As for our citizens, clearly you have a racial agenda against them and seem intolerant. If that is how you are going to respond, by attacking, no one is going to take you seriously. College Park is a decent city with several council members who genuinely care. I have friends who live in places such as Arlington and they have no where near the organization of our city. That 7-11 is targeted because it is right near the beltway and an easy escape out if the city. Currently the city is working on getting license plate readers to help curb such criminal activity. If you actually tried speaking to someone on the council rather than attacking them you would know this. Bottomline is that when you are not part of the solution you are park of the problem. And you sir/mam seem like part of the problem.

Pamela-well said. This CUCP is clearly an idiot who can't help but expose his hypocritical thinking and clear bigotry/racism. He has so many negative things to sat about our city yet is still living here after 40 years or so; questionable! Further, he offers his negative sentiments about the city and residents yet provides no possible solutions to his perceived problems and I second your point about the neighborhood clean-ups and his non-participation for sure. Mr./Ms. CUCP, please get off the computer and off your lazy arse and do something to better the community rather than trying to bring it down with your negativity and prejudice...or, better yet, just go ahead and move.
& Barry-it makes perfect sense that you would want to follow Gulbuny.

Barry-First, based upon your recent post about wanting to sign up to follow his posts and second, based upon your previous posts throughout the Patch ripping Councilman Wojahn, same sex marriage etc. etc. Nothing personal brother-just pointing out the pretty clear facts about you based upon your own words.

Still dont follow your logic. Just because I disagreed with the council for supporting an issue that has nothing to do with College Park doesn't make me a Jon Gulbuny nor be labeled that way.
