New Carrollton Pool! You can swim, dive, play volleyball, basketball, soccer, and/or just hang out. We have gas grills you can use to cook your meals while you relax by the pool. We also have a great swim team, accepting all levels of swimming, and FREE for first time families! We are a friendly, diverse pool where you can have tons of family fun.

New Carrollton Pool is the best kept secret around. Love all the people, one big happy family!!! Why go on a Summer vacation when you can spend everyday at NCR!!! Adult Nights are a blast and love family fun days and our Dive In Movies. We now have a community garden too!! Love It, there's just so much to do and so many events happening all the time. Gotta go, going to the pool!!

No doubt! The New Carrollton Pool. That pool is the ultimate leisure pool. Wonderful for kids and awesome for adults. Many activities, cornhole tournaments, chili cook offs and packed adult nights. The pool also has multiple dive in movies with state of the art AV equipment and a 12 foot screen. All in house.

New Carrollton Pool also has an awesome swim team with lots of spirit. We are looking for swimmers of all ages and levels to join our team. First year is FREE for new families. Our coaches will help your child build up their endurance and improve their swim strokes.

New Carrollton Pool is outstanding, and I should know since I've been going there since it opened back in the early 1960s!

Large grounds, biggest pool ("L" shaped 50 meter one way, 25 meter the other) in the area, fun & competitive swim team, lots to do, great people.

New Carrollton Pool. We are a great place to relax. Family fun days, soccer, volleyball, horseshoes, basketball, cornhole, gas grills and a total of 5 acres of fun.

New Carrollton Pool was a great place to grow up. I have 4 boys of my own now and I commute from Columbia every weekend so that my children can experience everything I did. All the pool events are great times. I love the dive in movies probably more than my kids do.

This is a no brainer...the pool at the PG Sports and Learning Complex.

PGPool in Mt. Rainier. Olympic size pool with liner and diving board for deep end, huge flat grounds (perfect for tent nights), FREE Wi-Fi, Live music every other Saturday, late night swim every Saturday, grills, kitchen, vollyball, horseshoes, large baby pool, swim team, swim lessons, solar panels for electricity (coming 2013 season!!), no increase in membership for over 3 years and a Board made up of member volunteers. Unfortunately for you there is also a waiting list of about 100 people!

Cheverly Swim and Racquet Club. The most beautiful grounds, hands down. Adult activities, kids activities and a real community feel.

Pointer Ridge Swim & Racquet! Relaxed, fun, family atmosphere. The facility boasts three pools - baby, family (with waterslide) and a lap pool (with diving boards), a playground, tennis courts, and a snack bar. Affordable swimming and tennis lessons for children, plus water aerobics classes for adults. Lots of planned potlucks, teen nights and other fun events. We lived in Bowie for over 5 years and barely knew anyone until we joined the pool and now we have all these friends right in our neighborhood. It's been worth every penny.

BBT is the BEST all the lifeguards are enjoyable to be around and Mark and Mary have been running this pool for over 30 years and have kept it a safe family friendly pool! Kerri Allen
