It's one of the newest restaurants in College Park to open, on the ground floor of the Varsity, with several others soon to follow. The eatery offers Chicago-style hotdogs and Italian beef sandwiches, and a University of Maryland graduate owns it.

Opening soon: Big Play Sports Grill, District Dumplings, Lime Fresh, Terrapin Turf, Johnny's Carry Out, Pollo A La Brasa, Nawaabsaab Kabobs, Pho D'Lite, Roti Mediterranean Grill, The Frame Mender, YoLove Frozen Yogurt and Chipotle in north College Park.

Recent closings: Austin Grill Express at 8150 Baltimore Ave., Pebbles Wellness at 8507 Baltimore Ave. and Fast Cash Leasing at 9723 Baltimore Ave.
