Mayor Andrew Fellows crunches into a burger at the ribbon-cutting ceremony for Bobby's Burger Palace, as famous co-owner Bobby Flay looks on. Fellows said he just learned about the art of crunchification -- putting potato chips or cole slaw on a burger for that extra crunch. "It's new, it's innovative. That's College Park," Fellows said.
