Does your your baby cry and fuss a lot? Parents with fussy babies are invited to participate in a study.
- Organization: Georgetown University Dept. of Family Medicine
Does your baby cry and fuss a lot? If so, maybe we can help. The PACK Study is being conducted by the Department of Family Medicine at Georgetown University to see whether an infant formula with probiotics (active cultures commonly found in yogurt and other similarly made foods) can help reduce excessive crying and fussiness in babies. There have been recent studies that show that probiotics may be beneficial in reducing these symptoms.
We are currently recruiting babies 3 weeks to 4 months of age who have been experiencing excessive crying or fussing for at least one week. There is no cost to participate and no travel is required – we can visit you at your home and work to fit your schedule. You will receive a $50 gift card at each visit as a thank you for your time.
